Flick Wheeler (back)

Flick is the driving force behind the company and is a consummate professional whose qualifications and skills are fully recognised by her peers within the industry. It is rare to find someone who is equally at home with a detail level programming problem as the complex requirements of a totally new bespoke system required by a large corporate organisation. Her experience encompasses most areas of the manufacturing industry as well as the exhibition service industry, examination boards and high security printers.  

Steeple were one of the founder members of RITA, an organisation of local IT companies. The success of RITA led to the establishment of the much larger West Midlands IT Association (WMita). Flick is a Main Board Director of WMita with specific responsibility for membership. As a director of WMita she is heavily involved with the REDI project and a number of other initiatives to strengthen WMita's position as a leading player in both the West Midlands and the national IT arena.
